New Year's Feast

So last night was our 2nd annual small group formal dinner celebration of the New Year. (2005) The picture above is how my beautiful wife set the beautiful table (oh yeah, we hosted this year).
Here was this year's menu:

When everyone arrived there was a table set with various cheeses & breads with various crackers, butters, oils, etc.

I. Barbequed Thai Shrimp on Skewers with Roasted Red Pepper & Thai Dipping Sauce

II.

Silky Butternut Squash Soup served with Cinnamon Sugar Croutons

III.

Tuscan-Style Garlic-Rosemary Pork Loin with Twice-Baked New Potatoes and Glazed Carrots

IV.

Roasted Pear Salad with Blue Cheese

V.

Three Different Cheesecakes (White Chocolate Raspberry, Turtle, & Chocolate New York Style Cheesecake)

I think this is reason enough in itself for us to move back to Peoria. Save us a place. We'll be back in a few years. :)
