First thing, I don't mean to be rude, but she looks 20 years younger in her press photo. I really don't care about her age, but don't misrepresent!
She's talking about conflict resolution. I'm pretty tired, and she's really not connecting with me. It's 4:10, and I'm choosing to cheat!
