"I am amazed at the large numbers of adults who fail to take responsibility for their attitudes...the greatest day in your life and mine is when we take total responsibility for our attitudes. That's the day we truly grow up." I think that this is one of the greater challenges for young leaders. It's so easy -- because we're often so idealistic -- to get bad attitudes about people, organizations, etc., and then to allow those attitudes to fester. One of the things that I'm trying to learn to do, is to isolate bad attitudes and then do whatever I can to get past them.
