After almost 15 hours I have finished watching the movie Taken. Taken was/is a "Steven Spielberg Presents" made-for-TV movie that spanned 10 2-hour episodes on the Sci-Fi Channel in 2002.
If you're a closet sci-fi fan, like me, you'd dig this movie because it really incorporates popular alien mythology -- alien kidnappings, surgeries, breeding experiments, UFO's, sightings, mind control, foo fighters, etc. (sidenote -- I learned what a foo fighter was...and I thought it was just a band).
Anyway...no spiritual significance here, except that I was thinking about how desperately people are looking for something to believe in. Maybe for them it's easier to believe in little green men than Jesus, I guess I don't get it!

My Inner Geek Speaking Out
